About the role
We are looking for a capable and motivated Environmental Project Coordinator to support environmental delivery across a range of civil infrastructure projects. The role involves assisting with site inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to project documentation.

This role is based in Gisborne, working for Civil Project Solutions.

It’s important to us that we find the right person and we will fit the role around the right person. We understand flexibility is key, so this will be a given!

This role could be a full-time or part time for the right person.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with environmental monitoring and site inspections
• Supporting compliance tracking and documentation
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, and council representatives
• Contributing to project records, assessments, and written summaries
• Assisting with project coordination across multiple active sites

What we're looking for

• a valid working visa
• A relevant qualification (or experience) in environmental science, planning, or related fields
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
• Confident preparing documents, summaries, and project notes
• Highly organised and capable of managing workload across multiple tasks
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel essential)
