Gisborne Oakview is the first neighbourhood development in Gisborne for more than a decade. It features 187 residential sections.

Our staff project managed the development and were involved from the outset. Work included assisting the client in identifying and purchasing suitable land, through to procurement of the engineering team, tender documentation, and working through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model prior to award of contract. We also completed all the survey work for the engineering design and cadastral boundary set-out. Also included within the scope was the day-to-day project management and quality assurance aspects.
