Gisborne’s Wood Engineering Technology plant has been producing a new wood type to help address climate change since 2021. The plant is the only one of its type in the world. CPS has been involved since 2016 when it shifted a building from Eastland Port to the WET site. More buildings have been erected and CPS is currently delivering an adjacent 6,000m² wood processing facility which will have six production lines. The work includes consenting, civil design, and day-to-day project management.
